GO-POWER FILTER III 2700 HIBRID, TOWABLE

The Go-Power Filter II 2500 and Go-Power Filter III 2700 HIBRID TOWABLE are electric GPUs that meet the needs of all 28VDC aircraft. They have a maximum current of 2500A and a peak current of 2700A, with a three-phase 220/380VAC input, externally adjustable, and with a high-performance DC current filter. These are highly reliable electronic models with an automatic current limiter, external output voltage adjustment on the panel with seven positions, and active electronic protection against phase failure, overcurrent, and overvoltage, with a voltmeter and ammeter. They are the top-of-the-line models, now in a towable version. Manufactured on an industrial scale, without handcrafted parts, and using high-quality components. Now in a new case with full opening, providing easy access to all components. One-piece lid.

These are electrically identical to the standard JET-POWER FILTER II 2500 and JET-POWER FILTER III 2700 HIBRID 20,000VA. However, they are branded Go-Power and primarily intended for export. The difference is that these are towable.

They can accommodate an extra-long input cable (75 meters in the photo, exported to Russia).

Warranty: 3 (three) years, 1 (one) year for the 2700 batteries.

Manufactured in series, with a delivery time of 15 to 45 days, according to the schedule at the time of purchase.

They can be checked, calibrated, or repaired by the customer, following the detailed instructions in the manual, without voiding the warranty.

Output: 28VDC, with adjustment switch on the panel, adjusting in the range of 26 to 32VDC, with seven adjustment positions. (13 to 16 Volts OPTIONAL);

Maximum output current: 2,500 Amperes peak for 15 seconds; 1,500 Amperes peak for 45 seconds. 450 A continuous;

Maximum power: 70 KVA peak, at full load. Note: The power required for the installation may be much lower if the maximum current is not used. Example: With a load of up to 1200A at the output, a power of 37 KVA will be required;

New active electronic circuit for PROTECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT being serviced, which protects the GPU and the aircraft automatically in case of phase failure in the electrical network, overvoltage (above 31.5VDC), overcurrent, shutting down when the voltage reaches the limit of 32VDC;

Single six-phase rectification circuit at 60°, with high-efficiency filtering;

Forced cooling of the 6 28VDC rectifiers, with fan;

Electronic circuit indicating the presence of the 3 power phases;

Side hooks to house the input and output cables;

Input cable in 4x10mm² gauge, extra-flexible, ORANGE color, "Jet-Power Cable" brand, 20 meters long and with a three-phase plug according to your installation (When making the purchase, please inform which three-phase voltage is available, which plug model is desired, if you need a longer input cable or want any optional extras);

Output cable in 2x95mm² gauge, parallel, extra-flexible, ORANGE color, "Jet-Power Cable" brand, specially manufactured with a length of 5 meters and with a standard 28VDC plug;

Short-circuit protection, using a circuit breaker, with internal access;

Features 127V and 220V service outlets, compatible with any three-phase power supply.

NEW MODEL, mounted on a lightweight chassis with excellent mechanical resistance, with 4 pneumatic wheels, with durable national tires and inner tubes, with a chemically treated metal case for corrosion protection and electrostatic polyester paint in white; Full access for maintenance. Easy panel opening with only 2 screws on the sides. One-piece upward opening cover. Lane warning light on the upper part of the fairing, with electronic circuit; Control panel illuminated by LED bar and sealed to be resistant to sun and rain, placed in an easily accessible location, containing the following parts:

NOTE: This towable version can also be supplied with the "Go-Power Filter III with 20,000VA UPS". It has the same technical specifications as the Jet-Power Filter III 2700 on its website. 

This hibrid system combines the best of both worlds: the economy and support of the electrical grid with the security and autonomy of a battery bank.
